Spirit CAUGHT on camera!

My dad died in July 2019. I am thankful and blessed that my psychic medium gifts allow me to continue to chat with him, even though he is no longer with us in the physical world. He makes his presence known here and there and everywhere, especially when I am on the brink of a new idea.

When I was ready to let the world see the real me: Joni the psychic medium and spiritual teacher, my parents supported me 100%! NO questions asked. Their love and unwavering support allowed me to be myself, completely. This meant the world to me! I mean seriously, it’s not every day you meet someone that can talk to dead people, right?! And when you say that out loud, it sounds weird. Bizarre, right?! I get that. But I HAD to share this information about myself. I couldn’t keep it buried inside of me any longer. It’s the REAL me and I knew these beautiful gifts were meant for me to share with you. Plus, it was cool! I love connecting to Spirit! They have so much love, support, guidance and answers to give us!

If my parents hadn’t supported me, you wouldn’t be reading this blog. I wouldn’t be here, doing the work I LOVE!! Think about it. I wouldn’t have started this business in 2015. I wouldn’t be teaching spiritual courses. I wouldn’t have started a webpage. I wouldn’t have started this blog; I wouldn’t have done any of it. And, I wouldn’t have connected with you! I have connected with and supported so many phenomenal people because of the work I do. When a client gives me a big, loving hug and says, “You changed my life. You have no idea how you’ve helped me. Thank you! Thank you!” It means the world to me. I can’t simply let those beautiful words of love and thanks roll over me like every day jargon. They sink in deep. They tug at my heart strings. My work is healing for everyone involved and it feels amazing! I GET TO do the work I love and, I GET TO help people. THIS! This is why I do what I do.

So here I am, because of my parents and because of you. Thank you! I feel the love. I have been given a safe, loving, and supportive environment to share my gifts in and I couldn’t be more thankful, grateful and blessed!

It’s funny how things unfold when you give yourself permission to be your true authentic self. When I knew my parents were on board with my gifts, I began to share stories of my psychic mediumship work and the experiences I’ve had working with Spirit. Much to my surprise, my parents had stories of their own to share with me. It turns out, my mom is quite intuitive, and my dad had experiences with seeing/communicating with Spirit as a child. Who knew?!

Looking back, I think it’s safe to say that my openness made it safe for my parents to share who THEY truly are/were as well. Many, many spiritual conversations followed, and I love(d) every minute of them! An amazing connection formed between us. Just think, if I never opened the door to the real me, I may never have learned about the gifts that ran in my family. I never would have been able to help my Grandpa Gordy find peace and joy after his beloved Lorraine, my grandma, died. (Read all about that here). I never would have stepped fully into using my gifts to help others. And I wouldn’t be able to communicate with my dad, still today, four years after he crossed over. I would have missed out on all of the messages and signs he sends me/us often. I say ‘us’ because my dad chose to come through to my sister and brother-in-law recently, while they were in town visiting. He must have had a good laugh with this HUGE sign he sent to our family. And, we caught it on camera!!

The energy and signs my dad sends me always amp up when my sister comes to town. Always! I feel him around more. He makes his presence known in BIG ways. When we all get together, the loving, like-minded high-vibe energy/frequency that we hold, helps him come through easier. (You can learn more about this in my Level 1 course).

My sister and her husband recently built a little cabin about 5 miles from my home. They wanted a place to call their own when they make the 5-hour drive here to visit. I love it because we are all so close. It makes it really easy for us all to get together when she’s here. My dad never got to see their cabin because he passed away before construction began. Actually, he was getting ready to cross over when my sister and brother-in-law secured the address for the property. My dad kept saying over and over, while he was ill, lying in bed, “I want to be there when you hang your (address) sign.” Unfortunately, my dad passed away before they hung their sign. He wasn’t able to be there the day they hung their address sign. Or was he?

It was a calm, quiet July day, 5 days after my dad had passed away. My sister and BIL (brother-in-law) finally had their address sign in hand, ready to place it on their property. There was a little sadness lingering around them as they slowly walked to the end of their driveway to make their property official; my dad’s words, ‘I want to be there when you hang your sign’ ringing in their ears as they walked. My sister and BIL agreed upon the best place for the sign to go, and as they were setting it up, something caught their eye. They both looked up to see another type of ‘sign.’ A tiny, baby deer came trotting down the dirt road toward their driveway. It was all alone. No mom. It stopped right in front of them, at the end of their driveway and stared. My sister’s two dogs barked and barked at it, but it wasn’t scared. It didn’t run away. It just looked at them, as if to say, “Hi, I see you. I’m here. I told you I’d be here when you hung your sign.” Amazing! Even as they began to talk to the deer, it STILL didn’t run away. My BIL caught this whole encounter on video, thankfully! We’ve enjoyed watching it on repeat. It was just so comforting. We were thrilled to know and see that my dad really was there for this big moment. He’s a man of his word! (Unfortunately, I cannot share the video here. But, I did share a picture of my dad, oops, I mean, ‘the fawn’ below. LOL.) There’s sign #1, caught on camera. Thanks, Dad! (Learn more about signs in my Level 1 course.)

Now, on to sign #2. Fast forward 4 years. This sign was also caught on camera. Wait until you see this!!!

Like many people, my sister and BIL have an outdoor camera they use to keep an eye on their place when they aren’t around. The pictures get sent directly to my BIL’s phone for immediate viewing. This particular weekend, my sister decided to come up alone as her husband had to stay home and work. One beautiful, quiet, calm and clear evening, she decided to take a walk outside to peek at the stars and enjoy the quiet of country living. As she walked down the steps, the outdoor camera was activated by her movement. The camera is designed to detect movement and then outline movement with colored rectangles. Since the camera is silent and takes pictures of objects it detects as moving, she completely forgot they even had the camera turned on, after all, she was at the cabin, no need to ‘keep an eye on it.’ The next day, while my BIL was back home looking through the photos taken by their outdoor camera, he just about died when he came across the picture I included below. He texted the picture to my sister and me and said, “I think your dad was there last night.” If you zoom into the picture below, you can see my sister. She’s walking down the steps of the cabin at about 11:00 PM. There’s a white rectangle around her. The camera detected her movement and outlined her with a white rectangle. BUT, did you notice the other rectangle in the picture? Look closely and you’ll see a blue rectangle wrapped around a chair on their deck. Who’s sitting in the chair on her deck? Do you see anyone there? I don’t. This chair heavy and still. There’s no one sitting in the chair. Or is there? Gee, I wonder who it might be? Que the creepy, eerie (yet exciting and upbeat) music Hee hee. Sign #2 caught on camera. Thanks, Dad!

So there ya go folks. How’s that for a BIG sign from my dad?! I told you. My dad shows up in BIG ways when he wants us to know he’s around. Isn’t that fantastic?! I love, love, love, all of this! Thank you, Dad, for continuing to pop in and show us that you’re around. We love hearing from you! Thank you for making your presence known in this photo; it makes all of our hearts leap and smile. :)

It’s VERY comforting to know that you’re still around. I know you’re still here, there and everywhere.

(Read more about my dad’s famous words “I’m here, I’m there, I’m everywhere”) and the BIG sign he sent us the night he passed away).
